Important Plan Information for Current Customers
Prior to January 1, 2026
- Customers with a Cigna Healthy Today® card will continue to access CignaHealthyToday.com to keep up with 2025 plan year allowance benefits and incentive rewards.
- Utilize your 2025 allowance benefits and incentive rewards by December 31, 2025. These funds will not roll over into the next plan year.
- Customers will receive a new HealthSpring Flex card in the mail that can be used starting in January 2026.
After January 1, 2026
- Customers will use their new HealthSpring Flex card to access incentive rewards and allowance benefits all in one place. You will no longer use the Cigna Healthy Today card.
- Access HealthSpringFlex.com to keep up with your 2026 plan year allowance benefits and incentive rewards.
Introducing the new HealthSpring Flex card
For details about allowance benefits and amounts, review your plan’s Evidence of Coverage (EOC). Limitations, copayments, exclusions and restrictions may apply. Individuals must live in the plan service area. Benefits vary by plan.
